I am interesed in joing the Paleo plan but I would like some more detail.
If my goal is to lose weight using Paleo Plan, do I need to count calories?

I think you should try using the plan as is and if it doesn't help you lose weight after a couple of weeks, start counting calories using www.fitday.com or www.myfitnesspal.com.
