Problem with Download

Hi,

I just purchased the quickstart guide, downloaded it..but it was never saved to my computer for some reason. Additionally, when I was unable to locate it in my downloads, I tried to re-download from the original email that I received and it says that I've "reached the download limit for this item." In retrospect, I wish that I would have just signed up for the monthly subscription vs. the quickstart..is there a way that I can do this and get my money back? Thanks!
