Being new to Paleo, I am researching all kinds of ingredients to learn how to cook with them. I noticed, following your plan that I am using a lot of almond flour and was reading on how bad is can be due to the O6 level. Are the amounts in the plan you are writing for us taking that into consideration? What are your thoughts / knowledge on the use/overuse of almond flour?
I hear what you're saying, but I don't think the amounts in the meal plan are excessive at all. Some weeks we have you make muffins with almond flour, and other weeks we have you make a crust for meat with almond flour, but there are some weeks that go by when we don't use it at all. Omega 6's just need to be balanced out with omega 3's and since you're not getting any from vegetable oils or grains and legumes on Paleo, you don't need to worry quite as much about it as you would on a normal Western diet.
