I know that we are to base our meat serving sizes on 4oz. What about for snacks like jerky? 4oz would seem like way too much. Also for the recipes are we to just divide into two as the menu plan is designed for two people (unless stated) or ???
It depends on how big of a person you are and how hungry you are at snack times. I'd start with about 3 ounces and move up from there if you need to. And for the recipes, yes, just divide into two, but adjust for bigger/smaller people and caloric needs. It's a guideline, so if you know that you and your Paleo Plan partner are both really active, not trying to lose weight, and bigger than average people, then buy more food than we suggest for you. I'm very new to Paleo, but am really loving the Paleo Plan - making things quite easy to do.
If a recipe is for 2 servings, and then the meal is listed as a leftover meal the next day, is the recipe really for 4 servings?
