I would like to follow a meal plan around 1,200-1,300 calories per day with no more than 50 grams of carbs. Will your meal plan service work well for these requirements?
Please let me know.
You inspired me to write this blog post yesterday called "Paleo Plan Weekly Nutrition Breakdown".
It should answer your questions. The calorie count is a bit higher than what you want, but if you're sharing the meal plan with someone, it might just work out. The other thing you can do is cut it in half and use it alone, and just eat small snacks or cut out the snacks altogether to make around 1200-1300 calories a day. Most of our snacks are pretty obvious on the grocery list - things like fruit, jerky, nuts and trail mix, so you can simply not buy them when you're at the store. If you cut out the afternoon snack but you still want to eat 4 meals a day, you can just cut your lunch in half and eat one half at lunch and one half a few hours later. I have a lot of experience on a 1200-1300 calorie diet myself! Let me know if you want some individual help with anything, but otherwise, good luck to you!
